High Style at the Legion of Honor

We recently visited the High Style exhibit at the Legion of Honor. All of the sartorial items are on loan from the Brooklyn Museum Costume Collection and are from 1910 to 1980. Here are some of our favorites:

We Recommend: Houghton Hall at the Legion of Honor

We recently attended the Houghton Hall exhibition at the Legion of Honor in San Francisco. Featuring many treasures on loan from the grand Norfolk estate, the show is designed to make you feel as if you are walking through the rooms of the building itself building itself. Built by Britain's first Prime Minister Sir Robert Walpole in the 1720s, it was passed down through various branches of the family who still own the house today.
