Paris wrapped up the Fall 2014 Ready to Wear season this past week by showcasing some amazing designs. Some of our favorite trends from the runway included cozy layers with volume, capes, fur (not just jackets, but tops and skirts as well), floral embroidery, monochromatic ensembles and multi tone coats. Nicolas Ghesquiere debuted his first collection at Louis Vuitton, taking the reigns from Marc Jacobs and hinting at great things to come. Valentino put together an amazing collection that we would purchase in its entirety, if it were possible. The show that received the most buzz though had to be Chanel with their version of a supermarket. It was a label lover's dream, with household staples all branded with Chanel C's and names playfully incorporated into products like 'Coco Flakes'. Now if only all shopping baskets could be this chic...
