Inspired by the Faraway Collins at the Coburg Bar in the Connaught Hotel in London.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1/2 oz. Sarsaparilla infused Soda
(if you don't have time to make your own, try this)
1/2 oz. Fresh Yuzu Juice
(or try this if fresh juice can't be found)
1/2 oz. Eucalyptus infused Simple Syrup
(easy to make, recipe here)
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and serve over ice, in a highball.
