When we go out on Polk St we always stop by Playland Bar. They have the best cocktails, and one of our favorites is the Jalapeño Martini, perfect for warm weather. Here is our interpretation:
Ingredients:
3 oz. jalapeño infused vodka
1/4 oz. dry vermouth
cucumber (for garnish)
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Add a slice of cucumber to garnish.
Serves one.
