We have known and loved Waterbar for their seafood ever since they opened, but on a recent visit we decided to branch out a little, and tried their Fried Green Tomatoes. They were incredible. Perfectly crispy, not too oily, and served with a spicy 'hot sauce' aioli, these are one of the most delicious sides we have eaten in a long time.
