If you are a fan of falafel, like we are, then the next time you're in Paris you have to try the Falafel Sandwich at L'As du Fallafel. Eggplant, cucumber, hummus, falafel and harissa are tucked into yummy pita bread in an amazingly tasty sandwich. It's located in the Marais on the Rue des Rosiers.
