Dark & Stormy
Ingredients:
2 oz. rum of choice
6 oz. ginger beer
1 lime wedge
sprig of mint
Fill a highball with ice. Add the rum, followed by the ginger beer. Squeeze lime wedge into drink and then add the lime to the drink. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a straw.
Serves one.
