Recipe: Golden Gate

One of our favorite San Francisco restaurants - Park Tavern - makes amazing cocktails. Here's a recipe inspired by their 'Golden Gate' cocktail.

1.5 oz. Green tea-infused Buffalo Trace Bourbon (made by steeping a green tea bag in the bourbon)
0.5 oz. fresh cherry juice
splash of vermouth

Shake all of the above in a cocktail shaker and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Serves one.
