British-born chef Rachel Khoo learned to cook after moving to Paris as an adult and attending Le Cordon Bleu. She fell in love with all things French, and immersed herself in their style of baking and cooking, but soon began to create her own versions of classic French recipes. She opened a tiny restaurant in her apartment to showcase her creations, and soon garnered enough attention in the culinary world to get a show on BBC. Her show, The Little Paris Kitchen, now airs on the Cooking Channel in the States as well, and Rachel recently released her first English language book. We love Rachel's straightforward, small kitchen friendly recipes, such as this one for Croque
