Recipe - Salty Dog Cocktail

The Salty Dog is a twist on the classic Greyhound, which blends vodka or gin and grapefruit juice, with the addition of a salted rim.

2 oz. of your preferred vodka or gin
4 oz. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
Salt
Citrus peel of your choice for garnish

Using a highball glass, dip the rim in a dish of salt.  Add ice and the liquor and juice.  Stir and garnish.

Serves one.
