Recipe - Polish Panini

This Eastern European twist on a panini pairs:

2 slices Dill Rye Bread
Coarse-ground Mustard
Peppered Turkey
Havarti Cheese
Horseradish
Sauerkraut

Butter the outside of the bread, stack the ingredients and place in a panini press. Sto lat!
