Our Mexican feast: guacamole, sauteed veggies, quesadillas, taco shells, tortillas, salsa, beans,
jack cheese, tomatoes, spicy beef, habanero sauce, chips and watermelon margaritas.
Watermelon Margarita:
Juice of 6 limes
1/4 of a watermelon
4 cups of ice
1/4 cup truvia sugar
1 1/4 cup patron tequila
salt
chili powder
Put lime juice, watermelon, ice, sugar and tequila in a blender and blend until smooth.
Salt the rim of your glasses with the salt/chili powder blend, and pour in the margarita.
Serves 6
