Father's Office, with locations in Santa Monica and Culver City, is best known for its excellent burgers and extensive beer selection, but one of our favorite dishes is on the dessert menu in their Culver City space. The That's It ice cream sandwich is a riff on the San Francisco classic, the It's It. The That's It is made up of two homemade chocolate-oatmeal cookies, filled with vanilla ice cream, fudge, and smoked marshmallow. The sandwich is perfect to share after a burger dinner, or could be a satisfying meal on its own.
