Recipe: Cipriani Bellini

Ingredients: 

- White Peach Purée (Cipriani sells their own label purée, but you can also make your own.  Simply peel white peaches and run them through a food processor)
- Prosecco

Pour one ounce peach purée and three ounces of prosecco into each chilled champagne glass.  Enjoy!
